Back to school is an exciting time for students, but too many families in Western New York struggle to purchase all the essential supplies needed for their children to start the school year.
Every child deserves the chance to excel in school, and you can make a difference by donating backpacks and school supplies as part of our partnership with WGRZ Channel 2!
Since 2004, 2 Pack A Backpack has distributed over 30,000 backpacks to local children.

As we begin our preparation for the 2026 Holiday Season, we are reminded of the saying “It’s better to give than to receive.” There is no better gift than a gift that helps a child. Every year, we work hard to make sure all of the children who come through our doors receive a gift and some holiday cheer, because if not for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Buffalo many of our children wouldn’t feel the excitement and joy the holidays are meant to bring. This is why we transform each and every one of our Clubs into winter wonderlands of snowflakes, garland, lights, and candy cane.
Inspiring Great Futures Concert & Dinner
March 2027 - Kleinhan's Music Hall
The Inspiring Great Futures Concert & Dinner is our only fundraising event held each year. The evening will include live music, dinner, wine service, cocktails, dessert, and a silent auction. Dinner will be prepared by Oliver’s Catering, with wine selections paired to accompany the meal.
